Although this course was developed for secondary school athletic trainers, many of the same principles can be applied in collegiate and other clinical settings.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Summarize strategies to apply when dealing with difficult situations, coaches, administrators, and parents.
Devise ways to improve their athletic training facility.
Compare their current policies, procedures and practices and identify ways they can make changes to improve their program.
Relate the importance of using the faculty’s experience to help them avoid making the same mistakes we have been through.
